Can't lie- I'm a true crime girly. I'm probably listening to Morbid, Crime Junkies, or Anatomy of Murder. Always weird hopping out of the car to document a love story after listening to one of those haha!
All of the above?! I love a good reception shirley temple, and you better believe I'll be out there on the dance floor with you guys.
This question always gets me! I never think I have anything interesting about me, but I guess I could say that I've met a few celebrities (baby belly bumped with Chrissy Teigen frfr haha), played semi-pro soccer, and chances are that if you dare me to do something- I'm doin' it.
Wild Things and Diamond rings. I shoot mostly weddings these days, and my life is most certainly wild!! Three girls 7 and under, sports, sessions, home life, church, and more. Most days I can't even believe we made it and we're going to bed to do it all again the next day!
was always the one at parties and events with my camera out. There's just. something so special about
special about having a moment in life thats now frozen in time. I didn't pursue photography full-time right away though- in fact, I didn't go full-time until 2022. I didn't think my passion could take me where I am now, and where I'm going, and boy am I glad I was wrong. I have a BSW from

I didn't think my passion could take me where I am now, and where I'm going, and boy am I glad I was wrong. I have a BSW from MSJU and an MSW from UC. I was working in hospice full-time until a close friend encouraged me to start my photography business professionally. I started shooting families and friends, and it evolved to weddings pretty quickly. Once my books were being consistently filled, I quit my 9-5 and dove head first into my business here. I loved my hospice job so much, but I love that I still get to serve others, just in a different capacity now, and pursing my passion at the same time.

When I don't have my camera in my hand (but I sometimes still bring it out haha), you can find me spending time with my husband and three girls, doing something active, or listening to an audiobook or podcast.

My husband was active duty Air Force at the time, and we were stationed in Destin, FL. A friend encouraged me to shoot others professionally, and I started by capturing other families on base.
I started getting more inquires after we moved back home to Ohio, getting to capture more families, close friend's weddings, and small events.
By word of mouth, my small business took off! I had quit my "regular job" and was shooting mainly weddings now full-time. I had a full calendar of over 20+ weddings that year, and I was SO thrilled.
Still a pinch me moment, that someone out of state found my work and liked it enough to bring me to them! Such an honor, and it kickstarted my traveling. I have some more out of state weddings coming up in Michigan, Oregon, and beyond!
It's not lost on me that I get to capture the best day of your life so far, possibly the last photo of a loved one, or a special moment in your life. I am SO beyond grateful that you all choose me, and I can't wait to see what's in store in 2025 and later.
